Terms of Service
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (and the business you represent) and BlackFin Creative ("we", "us") for the use of DueLine. By creating an account or using DueLine, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in details secure, and for the people you invite to your workspace. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without permission.
Free trial and plans
New workspaces start with a free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Your data
You own the data you put into DueLine, including your customers’ information. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having permission to contact your customers and for following the laws that apply to your messages.
Acceptable use
Do not use DueLine to send spam or unlawful messages, to upload content you have no right to use, to try to access other businesses’ data, or to disrupt the service.
Availability
We work to keep DueLine running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may update features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or missed appointments. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for DueLine in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending service
You can stop using DueLine at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account closes, you can ask us to export your data first.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will update the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
