DueLine

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

DueLine is a service-reminder app made by BlackFin Creative ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information DueLine collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data or your customers’ data for advertising.

Google and Microsoft sign-in

When you choose “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Microsoft”, DueLine requests only your basic profile (name, email address and picture) to create and sign in to your account. We do not access your email, files, calendar or contacts, and we do not share this information with anyone except the service providers listed below.

Who we share information with

We use trusted providers to run DueLine: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (website hosting) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your customers

When you add your customers to DueLine, you decide what information to store and are responsible for having permission to contact them. Every reminder email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are honored automatically.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and each business’s data is kept separate from every other business. We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your workspace data within 30 days, except where we must keep it for legal reasons.

Your choices

You can view and update your information in DueLine at any time. To export or delete your data or close your account, email us at the address below.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, let account owners know by email.
